On September 19th, Danny Dunivan and I had the exciting opportunity to represent Oakland City University as guess panelists at the Indiana Historical Sociey’s reception for their year long exhibition, Religion and the Divided Frontier.
The four person panel discussed the Western Revival in Indiana. Dr. Phil Goff, Executive Director for the Center for the Study of Religion and American Culture at IUPUI, chaired the panel. Noted Hoosier historian Nicole Etcheson, from Ball State University also served on the panel. I must tell you that Dr. Dunivan really wowed the audience.
